Terms of Service

By scheduling services with Premier Pro Scapes, you agree to these terms. These terms govern all lawn care services including top dressing, aeration, overseeding, sod installation, grading, and related maintenance.

All estimates are valid for 30 days. Services are performed according to industry standards. Customer must provide clear access to treatment areas on scheduled dates, including unlocking gates and moving obstacles.

Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Accounts not paid within 30 days may incur a $25 late fee.

We guarantee satisfaction with our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Natural processes require time — top dressing and aeration benefits typically appear within 6–8 weeks.

Customer is responsible for following post-service care instructions including watering, mowing restrictions, and traffic limitations. Failure to follow instructions may void guarantees.

Services may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a trip charge. Disputes are resolved under Georgia state law in Forsyth County.
